Career Portal: We will make a career portal that exactly matches the look and feel of your website, like the included image of one of our clients, American Valet. You choose what positions are shown as open. This page is linked to your website, but hosted by us.

Pre Screen: The applicant first completes a pre screen, with disqualifying questions included. This is all customized by you.

Online Pre Hire Documents: Online forms such as the full application, authorization for background check, map tests, or any other documents you would like us to put online in your application process are completed and electronically signed by the applicant.

Background Checks – Easy, integrated ordering of background checks, MVR reports, and drug testing with the reports returning directly to the applicants file within the FastRecruiting system. (optional)

Assessment Testing – Easy, integrated assessment testing, to help rate your prospects on their likelihood of succeeding with your company. (optional)

Automated Email Communication – Email template system that automatically communicates with applicants based upon their “stage or status” within FastRecruiting.

Automated Phone and Personal Interview Scheduling – You set your availability calendar within FastRecruiting with the times you are looking to schedule phone or personal interviews. Once setup, all you have to do is checkmark the applicants you would like to invite to an interview and hit the “invite to phone interview” or “invite to personal interview” buttons. Your selected prospects have now been sent an email that shows the still available dates and times. They are able to select and book their interview, and receive confirmation and instructions. Once booked, the recruiter has the interview showing on their scheduler and calendar within the FastRecruiting system.

Onboarding and New Hire Documents – Once hired or contracted, the new hire is given access to their personal Employee or Contractor Home Page. Here, they are welcomed to the company and can complete all your custom new hire documents and w4/ I9 as online forms and electronically sign these. The forms then populate the Employees record within FastRecruiting.
